SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHERE IS YOUR ITEM COMING FORM?

In order to keep shipping cost really low (or occasionally FREE) for you, our warehouse is located in smaller countries where operational and maintenance cost is way lower for us.

Hence, depending on your country, your item will be shipped from our nearest warehouse to make sure your item is delivered in the provided timeline.

 

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Within 5-7 business days after your purchase, you will receive a tracking code of your order through email. You may track your package through this link: https://www.houseofloots.com/apps/trackorder

Note: Kindly take note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the courier company to update your tracking information.

Step #1: You may either enter your "Email Address & Order Number" or choose the other alternative which is to enter your tracking number.

Step #2: Wait for about one minute for our servers to fetch for your package details.

Step #3: Refresh the page and you should see your package's status. Should you have any problems, you can reach us at support@houseofloots.com

 

WHY I AM UNABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Please note that tracking information will be displayed 8-10 business days after being updated due to Customs. After that, when trying to track for the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later, if after that time you are still not able to track it, please contact support@houseofloots.com.

ORDER INFORMATION

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order for your favourite item you need to:

Step #1: Go to the link of your favourite product.
Step #2: Then select the right Color, Size, Design or another variant.
Step #3: Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.
Step #4: Click ’BUY IT NOW’ button to proceed to checkout.
Step #5: And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information and an e-mail address to receive confirmation.
Step #6: Our team will then begin the order processing and send you a tracking number once it's shipped.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order.

In that email, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION?

We always recommend to our valued customers to check SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support at (support@houseofloots.com) and we’ll send it again right away.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

It’s important to notify us if you would like to us to make a change to your order, we request you to please update us within 24 hours of placing the order. Especially if your request has shipping address changes to avoid inconvenience.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order sending an e-mail to support@houseofloots.com requesting cancellation.

But it must before 24 hours has passed that is the time we take to process the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped to you. 

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

WHEN IS A REFUND POSSIBLE?

At HouseOfLoots, we work to provide the easiest online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe, so a refund will be issued if:

  • The received item is defective.
  • The received item is not as described.
  • Doesn’t match description or photos.
  • Received incorrect item.

Please note you might be requested to provide pictures of the received item to qualify for exchange/refund.

 

WHEN ARE REFUNDS NOT POSSIBLE?

If you have placed an order with a wrong item / address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for the exchange/refund for the following reasons. If:

  • The order is not corrected within 24 hours.
  • The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or
  • The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
